In this scene, Jackson Lake is depicted on a sunny day with June flowers blooming. Behind are the Tetons, still covered with snow. This is a famous viewing site in the Teton National Park and I depicted it in oil.

Here you see an afternoon Trail Ride in front of the Teton Range, near Jacksonville, WY. The Tetons are still capped with snow on this late June day.

On a recent Yellowstone trip, I photographed this Sow and her cub. There was also a twin nearby as well. Both cubs played together as their mother sat and grazed. Upon returning home, I painted this sow and her cub in my home studio.

On a recent trip to Yellowstone, I spotted and photographed these lovely bighorn lambs frolicking in the late afternoon sun. They were so playful and their mother was nearby in the ready for a feeding! When I returned home I soon painted them in my studio.

On a trip to Yellowstone, I waited for 7 days to catch a glimpse of a female Moose and her calf. Finally she was spotted nearby and I got a chance to photograph her. I painted her in my home studio.

This regal Yellowstone Wolf was photographed standing sentry in the Lamar Valley. She stood watching and waiting in the early morning hours. I painted her in my home studio. This oil was premiered at Ashburn Public Library, Ashburn, Virginia.

While visiting Jackson Hole, Wyoming, we viewed this beach scene at Oxbow Bend, and hiked down to the beach. It was a great afternoon Hike.

Following the flooding of Yellowstone National Park in 2022, I visited the park shortly after it reopened. While visiting the Northern part of the park, I and many others pulled off the main road and watched this beautiful cinnamon-colored Brown Bear for two hours. Many photographs were taken, and when I returned home after my trip, I painted Honey in celebration of the reopening of the park.

Sunlight Basin was painted en plein air during my recent trip to Yellowstone. This vista was along the side of Chief Joseph Highway in the early afternoon.

While driving along the Yellowstone River, we saw these Elk in the late afternoon.
